Job Summary:
The Analyst, Operations Strategy and Analytics will be a key part of the Ops Strategy Development Team focusing on developing analysis in support of operations strategies and turning data-driven insights into executable insights projects. The role will work with stakeholders across the operations and supply chain organization to gather, analyze, and present data in order to enable the development of operations strategies.
Turning information and leveraging enterprise-scale data and systems and translating into opportunities is a critical part of the role. The role will align and work with other team members within and outside the Operations & Supply Chain function, including Engineering, Finance, Strategic Business Units, etc., including presentation to functional leaders. This is a key strategy role, where the individual will be helping inform the development of strategies, the messaging of insights and takeaways, and achieving results.
This position is an onsite role.
What You Will Do:
+ Engage with the Operations Strategy Development & Capital Team and across Operations Strategy and the OSC organization to support analysis for critical projects and initiatives
+ Understand and give input into the operations digital data, analytics, and technology strategy current state and work with stakeholders to identify opportunities to define a future state and actions required to achieve the future state
+ Assist other team members in developing and driving the best approaches to enable the business
+ Collaborate across the function to identify key discriminators and create metrics to track progress against them
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
+ Analytical and research experience; collecting data and insights from internal systems and generating sound analysis
+ Experience with Power Point and Excel (V- LOOKUPS , pivot tables, and/or formulas)
+ The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required
+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ Advanced Excel skills
+ Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
+ Experience with Tableau and dashboard development
+ Demonstrated analytical experience

+ Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services ( DCSA CAS ), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD – 103,000 USD . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
