Job Title:  Arrival Ambassador (Bellperson) Fulltime

Hourly Rate:  $16.23

A smile and helping hand is what our Guests will experience as you personally greet them on their arrival. As an Arrival Ambassador your passion and knowledge for the resort and the professionalism you display will create a sense of welcome like no other. 

What you will be doing:

• Meet and greet guests and help them with their luggage upon arrival and departure
• Timely delivery of guests luggage messages and any other items for delivery within the property
• Personalize guests orientation of their room in a professional friendly and engaging way
• Assist in providing parking options and safely park any valet vehicles
• Act as a driver for the Hotel Shuttle(s) when required
• Check service stations for necessary equipment and set up: water lei towels etc. as needed
• Maintaining communication of up to date accurate information between guests staff management and our partners on a daily basis
• Able to share information about the resort and activities island activities restaurants and other information as it pertains to guests
• Maintain atmosphere of aloha spirit by providing engaging personalized timely and efficient service to our discerning guests
• Focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Be knowledgeable of the island our resort and resort offerings in order to be our guests trusted guide

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential; customer related experience an asset
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team

Licenses and Certifications: 

• Must have and be able to maintain a valid Drivers License
• Must provide clean Drivers Abstract
• Must be able to operate a manual shift vehicle
