Assistant/Associate Professor, Industry Professional in Public Health, Tenure Track (2 positions) COLLEGE OF PHARMACY & HEALTH SCIENCES Pharmacy Administration and Public Health Assistant/Associate Professor, Industry Professional in Public Health (Tenure-Track) The Institution St. John's established in 1870, has three New York City campuses; international locations in Rome, Italy; Limerick, Ireland; and Paris, France; and study abroad locations around the world. Pharmacy Administration and Public Health The Department of Pharmacy Administration and Public Health invites applicants for 12-month, tenure-track position as Assistant/Associate Professor - Industry Professional for the masters in public health (MPH) program. Candidates must have a PhD/DrPH, and/or other relevant terminal degree in a directly related field. We are seeking applicants who have interests and experience in community health and/or global health. The successful candidate will teach graduate courses in the MPH program. Other teaching responsibilities may be assigned based on departmental needs. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to conduct scholarly work including peer-reviewed publications and potential to seek external research funding. Service to the university community through mentoring of professional/graduate/undergraduate students and, active participation on committees is also expected. Previous teaching and research experience and an earned MPH degree is a plus.

Responsibilities include:
- Teach graduate MPH courses and other graduate and undergraduate courses as needed
- Conduct independent and collaborative scholarship
- Engage in university, community and professional service
- Participate in MPH program implementation and future initiatives
- Advise and mentor undergraduate/professional/graduate students
Qualifications Candidates must have a PhD/DrPH, and/or other relevant terminal degree in a directly related field.
Salary The hire-on salary range for Assistant Professor, Industry Professional Public Health Programs is $105,000 - $115,000.
The hire-on salary range for Associate Professor, Industry Professional Public Health Programs is $120,000 - $135,000.
