Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Box Truck Driver/Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be detail-oriented, and able to handle both driving and warehouse responsibilities.

 

Pay Rate: $18-20/hr

Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday (1-hour lunch break)

Driving Responsibilities:

• Drive locally within Virginia, including trips to the end of the state.
• Ensure timely and safe delivery of goods.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine inspections.
• Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations.

Warehouse Responsibilities:

• Operate 26' and 16' Box Trucks and Flatbed Truck.
  
• Assist in the warehouse when not driving.
• Drive and travel to 90 - 300 miles a day depending on orders.
• Load and unload freight by hand.
• Order selecting.
• Lift and carry heavy doors or boxes 100 lbs or more.
  
• Ensure accurate inventory management and organization.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license (CDL not required, but DOT certification is a plus).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
