Job Description
Consulting Skills:
Deliver exceptional client service as part of an on-site or remote project team
Effectively plan your work, identifying priorities and key stakeholders while maintaining regular progress updates
Present complex ideas and critical decisions clearly to team members and clients, including middle and top management
Manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while communicating effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
Conduct thorough research and analysis to address client challenges and deliver tailored solutions using both quantitative and qualitative data
Utilize advanced tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio to prepare high-quality client deliverables
Collaborate with internal and client project teams, contributing to effective communication and project readiness
Provide regular status updates on project progress, risks, and overall health
Lead work streams within complex projects while overseeing simpler project initiatives
Maintain organized program sites as repositories for all project information
Business Expertise Skills:
Previous experience in the financial services sector is essential
Support firm-wide practices, thought leadership, and people development initiatives
Develop expertise in specific business challenges and contribute knowledge to peers and junior staff
Experience in wealth and asset management, particularly post-M&A integration, is preferred
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Excel is required; familiarity with JIRA and Confluence is a plus
Understanding of Agile development methodologies
Ability to create detailed documentation of business and functional requirements, use cases, and user stories
Conduct gap analyses of business requirements against current solutions and third-party systems
Familiarity with APIs and data exchange protocols to identify system interface requirements
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and active listening skills to effectively engage with stakeholders
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and analyses
Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and business owners
Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
Adaptability to changing project requirements and priorities
Understanding of financial services and relevant systems
Business Development Skills:
Independently write compelling business proposals and presentations
Identify and qualify new business opportunities
Communicate relevant information about new business activities to managers and team leaders
People Management Skills:
Supervise project teams and mentor junior team members

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business analytics, business administration, or a related field
5-6+ years of recent client-facing management consulting experience
Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is advantageous
