BDC Representative Role As a BDC (Business Development Center) Representative, you’ll generate business by handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging potential customers, and setting sales/service appointments to strengthen customer relationships. Daily Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and past customers.
Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
Follow scripts for effective communication.
Log all interactions in VinSolutions CRM.
Set sales and service appointments.

Key Performance Metrics

Appointment Setting Rate – Successful appointments booked.
Call Volume – Meeting/exceeding daily targets.
Conversion Rate – Turning calls into sales/service visits.
CRM Compliance – Accurate logging of calls and notes.
Customer Satisfaction – Quality interactions based on feedback.

Ideal Candidate

1+ year of customer service experience.
Strong phone skills, friendly demeanor.
Organized with attention to detail.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Bilingual candidates may qualify for a higher rate.

Preferred (not required): Experience with CRM systems (VinSolutions, Reynolds & Reynolds) & Google Workspace. Why Smith Auto Family?
