Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Office assistant to join our team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our office, providing essential support to our residents and their families. Key Responsibilities: General Office Duties: Perform essential office tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing paperwork. Data Accuracy: Ensure precise and error-free data entry and consistently reconcile daily census records. Interdepartmental Communication: Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure continued insurance coverage for the residents. Mail Processing: Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and maintain accurate filing records. Data Management: Maintain meticulous records, analyze data, and implement effective solutions to improve office efficiency. Confidential Reporting: Prepare classified reports as directed, maintaining a high level of confidentiality. Other responsibilities:

• Back-up for Resident Accounts
• Back-up for Receptionist
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft software
• Ability to learn finance software
• Office Knowledge: Familiarity with general office procedures.
• Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and their families.
• Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in a nursing home business office or billing office.
• Team Player: Must be a collaborative team player committed to contributing to the office's success.
• COVID 19 Vaccinated
