Practice team consists of 7 full-time physicians and 18 CRNAs. Broad range of specialties covered, including ENT, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, and minimal healthy pediatric cases. Compensation and Benefits:
Annual base salary starts at $223K, increases based on experience and proficiencies
On-call rates: $250/night, $1200/weekend day, $250/night for cardiac, $500/day for cardiac
Overtime/call back rate: $175/hr
Also open to 1099 candidates
Relocation assistance
Student loan reimbursement: $80K over 4 years
Signing bonus up to $20K (negotiable)
240hrs vacation/CME, plus 6 paid holidays and 8 hrs birthday pay
