Description

Develop new and modify existing data models. Understand data from multiple datasets in their source format Communicate with technical and business stakeholders of data. Conduct business process analysis and requirements gathering to develop formal data structures. Research and evaluate technical aspects of IT systems with respect to data handling and analysis capabilities and constraints. Research and evaluate the user experience and methods employed by users of various IT systems.

Requirements
Must be a US Citizen. Must have current Top Secret clearance with polygraph. 

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or STEM OR 4 years of additional software development experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree

Required technical skills:

• 3-5 years of experience with data modeling tools, processes, and artifacts.
• Experience working on projects with implemented designs.
• Effective communication working in diverse teams.

Desired technical skills:

• Familiarity with ontology, semantic web, and data modeling concepts.
• Python programming and unix command line script experience.
• Data engineering / ETL experience.
• API building experience.
