Job Description
:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of various events. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring seamless event operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and passionate about the event industry.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing corporate and private events
Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, catering, and equipment needs
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure event requirements are met
Manage event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth operations
Provide on-site support during events to handle last-minute changes and troubleshoot issues
Maintain detailed records of event expenses and assist in budget management
Prepare post-event reports and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Support the marketing and sales teams with event-related materials and communications
Skills & Qualifications
:
Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required
