Key Responsibilities:
Conduct full cycle recruiting activities, encompassing talent sourcing, candidate attraction, interviewing, and hiring, with a focus on the healthcare sector.
Collaborate closely with department managers to forecast and address future hiring requirements proactively.
Utilize diverse channels such as social media networks and internet platforms to attract potential candidates.
Champion the recruitment of top-tier employees while nurturing a robust talent pipeline.
Develop and execute tailored recruiting strategies tailored to specific positions or departments.
Craft and update job descriptions and specifications in line with organizational needs.
Create recruitment materials and advertise job openings on appropriate platforms.
Employ databases, social media, and other tools to source and engage potential candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct interviews utilizing behavioral interviewing techniques.
Evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and experiences to make informed hiring decisions.
Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
Stay abreast of HR recruiting best practices and incorporate them into recruitment processes.
Generate comprehensive recruiting reports and leverage recruitment metrics to refine strategies.
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, fostering positive relationships throughout the selection process.
Uphold and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience as a Recruiter, preferably with a national recruitment scope.
Proficiency in various interview formats, including phone, in-person, virtual, group, and peer interviews.
Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.
Strong decision-making and assessment abilities.
Proficient in sourcing methods, including internet and social media platforms.
