Our clients rely on us to help increase their revenue and build both short-term and long-term business. We embrace the ever-changing nature of the industry and are always asking ourselves, "How can we do this better?" and "How can we provide even more value to our partners?"

Position Overview
As an Area Sales Manager (ASM), you'll be a key part of our Dynamic Sales Solution Service. In this role, you'll manage the sales efforts for 6 multi-branded hotels across North America. This position is home-based and reports directly to a Director of Sales.

What's in it for You?

Enjoy the flexibility of a remote (home-based) position with occasional travel for in-market visits.
Work within a fun, fast-paced environment where you'll receive dynamic training, continuous coaching, and strong support from leadership.
Competitive salary (approximately $65,000 USD), quarterly incentives, and an annual profit-sharing bonus.
15 days of accrued paid time off (PTO) annually, plus one additional 3-day weekend each month to observe holidays.
A comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being.
Team offsites to connect and collaborate with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities

Drive outbound, proactive sales for a portfolio of 6 multi-branded hotels, focusing on building a sales-driven culture with hotel General Managers and Front Desk staff.
Achieve revenue targets within a six-month sales cycle, focusing on delivering a strong return on investment for hotel partners.
Activate new accounts in your market while strategically growing market share from existing clients through thoughtful prospecting and relationship-building.
Present sales strategies and updates bi-weekly via MS Teams to your designated hotels.
Utilize Salesforce CRM to develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring a shorter sales cycle and increased client engagement.
Collaborate closely with your team to support the Dynamic Sales Solution model and contribute to the overall revenue growth across the hotel portfolio.
Foster exceptional client experiences by managing expectations and maintaining high client satisfaction. Represent your clients with professionalism and integrity, becoming a seamless extension of their team.
Travel occasionally for in-market visits, building relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and other key stakeholders to expand sales opportunities and increase revenue.
