Job Description

We are currently seeking a General Manager for one of our luxury boutique properties as part of our growing hotel collection. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, improving guest satisfaction, and driving business success while maintaining exceptional guest experiences and high operational standards. Please note that out of state relocation is required for this position.

Luxury Boutique Hotel General Manager Duties and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing an upscale luxury hotel (200+ rooms)
  • Willingness to relocate
  • Supervise all hotel functions, including food and beverage, front desk, housekeeping, and events
  • Inspire, lead, and further develop a team of hospitality professionals, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence
  • Ensure the property consistently delivers a luxury, customized experience for every guest
  • Proven track record in managing budgets, financial reports/P&L statements, and forecasting to maintain operational profitability
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience in food and beverage operations and development
