Responsibilities of the Marketing Assistant Role include:

• Orchestrating and executing marketing events to drive sales and brand awareness
• Responding to customer inquiries and feedback during events to ensure a positive brand experience
• Creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
• Leading and motivating a team of event sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
• Participating in team meetings to brainstorm ideas, share best practices, and strategize for upcoming events
• Developing and delivering training sessions for new team members to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for success
• Attending client meetings for sales and business development to foster strong relationships and explore growth opportunities
• Traveling to business development events to represent the company and network with potential clients and partners 
• Building and maintaining customer relationships for clients by providing personalized service and follow-up communication
• Having excellent knowledge of our brand and product to effectively promote them during events and interactions with customers

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old to apply
