We are looking for a full time Member Resource Center Organizer to work with members to organize at their workplace, resolve grievances, and develop member stewarding skills. Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $68,000-103,000. Benefits include fully employer-paid family health, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, a generous leave package, car allowance, and other benefits outlined in the policies of SEIU 925 and the staff union contract.
This position will require evening and weekend work. SEIU 925 currently follows strict COVID-19 protocols, but applicants should be aware that this position includes regional and national travel and time away from home outside of pandemic times. The main SEIU 925 office is in Seattle, but our child care members are statewide. A driver’s license, a car and proof of insurance, proof of COVID-19 vaccination, and a passion for organized labor power are required.
