Goodwill Industries of Mid-Michigan is looking to fill a Full Time Mission Services Clerical position at our Averill location in Flint, MI 48506. 

$13.25 per hour   Monday-Friday,
plus 20% discount on in-store purchases.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain intake packets for all programs.
• Maintain consumer files and prepare files for scheduled audits.
• Accurately enter data into established computer program(s) for each consumer, and update data as necessary.
• Effectively assist in training, monitoring, and evaluating participants associated with the Mission Services training programs.
• Answer multi-line telephone.
• Prepare billings for services.
• Complete all filing each day.
• Provide support to Mission Services counselors as necessary.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Ensure front desk (reception) area remains organized and free of clutter.

• Education, Training and Experience:
• • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Computer and clerical experience required.
  • Experience working with people with disabilities.
  • Experience in answering multi-line phone
  • Demonstrated internal & external customer service skills.
  • Reliable transportation required.
