Job Description

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Doctoral degree which may be a PhD or equivalent in a field such as Cognitive Neuroscience, Psychology/Neuropsychology, Gerontology, Sociology, Epidemiology, Health Economics, or Health Services Research or a clinical doctorate (MD, DO, PharmD, DNP ) in Neurology, Psychiatry, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related fields with advanced research training.
• A strong record of successful peer-reviewed publications, appropriate to academic rank.
• Record of successful peer-reviewed grant proposals to the NIH or other peer-reviewed grant sponsors, appropriate to academic rank.
• A high level of achievement in the application of advanced analytic techniques relevant to their field of study.
• Record of successful multi-disciplinary collaboration.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to translate research findings and concepts to academic and non-academic audiences.
• Ability to engage and communicate with study subjects, community and public policy leaders, and other stakeholders.
• Demonstrated record of excellence in teaching and mentorship.
