We're looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to join our team!

We're looking for a results-driven professional to take charge of our paid advertising campaigns and deliver outstanding performance across major digital platforms. This position will be onsite in our Miami office in Wynwood.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and Optimize Campaigns: Design, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google AdWords, Google Banners, and Google PPC, with a strong focus on e-commerce performance.
  • Drive Results: Increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate high-quality leads through strategic online campaigns tailored for e-commerce success.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using insights to optimize for maximum ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Creative Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and persuasive copy that align with e-commerce objectives and resonate with the target audience.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine campaign strategies.
  • Stay Current: Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Budget Management: Effectively allocate and manage budgets to ensure efficient ad spend and maximum ROI.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in paid advertising roles with a focus on e-commerce campaigns.
  • Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google AdWords, Google Banners, and Google PPC.
  • E-Commerce Knowledge: Deep understanding of e-commerce strategies and best practices is essential.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to meet performance goals.
  • Creative Edge: A talent for developing compelling ad creatives and engaging copy that drive conversions.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
