EthosEnergy is currently seeking an ASME Pipe Welder & Fitter to join our team in Orlando, Florida.

Job Responsibilities

• Must be proficient in blueprint reading and work from verbal instructions.
• Must be able to perform layout and fit-up of pipe and fittings for designed specifications on prints and to customer requirements.
• Must have a good understanding of weld symbols and to perform welds that can pass x-ray standards in accordance of B31.1 & B31.3
• Person should be able to understand and perform layout of holes and proper angles of pipe to reflect customer requirements and prints.
• Must be proficient in using various hand tools; drill press, port-a-band saw, hand drills, angle and bench grinders.
• Must stamp with welder ID marking on welds to identify and trace welder preforming the task.
• Must conform to the GTE safety guidelines.
• Equipment to be used but not limited to forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, (jib and gantry).
• Must do daily housekeeping of work area and maintain and keep tooling in clean and working condition.
• Person is required to work safely; safety glasses must be worn at all times while in the shop or manufacturing area. Leather closed toe shoes or boots are required in manufacturing areas and hard toe boots are recommended for weld areas.

Required Skills / Knowledge

• Obtain 6G certification per ASME
