We are seeking a Recruiter. The successful candidate will lead full cycle recruitment efforts for salaried personnel, working closely with site Human Resources (HR) Managers and business leaders to understand their business objectives and support them in their efforts to source the best candidates in the market. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast paced environment. This role reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager, North America.
- Provide full life cycle recruitment to internal business partners
- Develop creative, cost-effective sourcing strategies to continually build a diverse pool of top-notch candidates for EVRAZ across designated functions and levels within the organization
- Meet with managers and HR to discuss their hiring needs and formulate strategy
- Create reports on hiring progress and other recruiting metrics
- Leverage social media, associations and niche sites to identify and recruit top talent into the organization
- Help establish connections with professional groups, communities and other organizations to help identify and source qualified candidates
- Thoroughly screen and present candidates with the necessary knowledge and experience in relation to position requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal business partners including a high level of communication on the process and status of open positions
- Manage the selection process by coordinating feedback from all parties
- Training managers on behaviorally based interviewing
- Advise hiring managers to help them make better hiring decisions
- Manage and coordinate candidate communication and interview scheduling
- Negotiate and extend offers of employment to selected candidates
- Maintain accurate electronic records on requisition load, sourcing strategies, candidate pipeline
Requirements - 3-5 years of recruitment experience, primarily in manufacturing
- Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or a related field is preferred
- Strong proficiency in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management and due diligence required
- Familiarity with recruiting software (e.g. Applicant Tracking Systems) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Ability to develop relationships at all levels of the business and with external candidates and customers
- Ability to influence internal stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- Positive, 'can-do' approach and attitude with a natural customer service focus
- Excellent attention to detail and discretion with regard to confidential information
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Workday experience a plus
