RESPONSIBILITIES
Main Focus - administration and management of company’s Salesforce CRM system, ensuring that it is configured and optimized to maximize the effectiveness of the sales teams.

Provide operational support to the company’s sales team.

Produce high quality management reports for sales and management.

Implement continuous improvement of company’s sales processes, with a focus on automation

Reconcile closed deals each month between CRM and ERP

Produce commission reports for sales teams

Works with engineering and sales to ensure that maintenance and SaaS agreements are tracked and extensions and renewals are generated, with a focus on automation

Work with company personal on training and updates to Salesforce.

Partner with accounting, product management and sales to maintain current systems

Requirements

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
5+ years Salesforce CRM Administration and management in a corporate environment

ERP experience (company is in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365))

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or a related discipline.
