Sanford Rose Associates – JFS Partners is an industry-leading Search Firm with an emphasis in providing executive and professional search solutions in Finance and Accounting . Our clients are fortune 500 companies, high-growth start-up companies, private equity firms and lead professional service firms. Due to the continued growth and high demand for our services, we are looking to hire a Staffing Manager  in Detroit, MI.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Recruiting & Business Development experience required
• Comfortable being on the phone screening qualified candidates & prospecting for new clients.
• Self-motivated, self-starter
• Ability to pick up the phone every day
• Passionate about being the best at what you do

Recruiter's Responsibilities:

• Sourcing for qualified candidates and building talent pipelines within accounting and finance.
• Prospecting and hunting for new business/clients
• Conducting Phone screenings, analyzing responses, verifying references, and validating candidate qualifications to meet our client's requirements and culture.
• Under our guidance, develop and execute a specific recruiting strategy to uncover the most qualified candidates for our clients
