Additionally, you'll contribute to innovative demand planning methods and participate in continuous improvement projects. This role reports to the Operations Director and supports operations across different locations, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your schedule.

Job Duties:

Manage purchase orders and oversee shipping schedules.
Verify order acknowledgements and pricing accuracy.
Foster positive relationships with suppliers and negotiate terms.
Conduct vendor research to enhance profitability and efficiency.
Collaborate with warehouse teams to reconcile deliveries with orders.
Assist the Operations Director with KPI monitoring and reporting.
Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of procurement experience.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to maintain documentation and adhere to quality standards.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Proven capability to build and maintain effective business relationships.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for prolonged periods and work on a computer.
