Sr. Integration Consultant (Talend)

Location-Fremont, CA

Job Summary: The Sr. Integration Consultant is a high-performing leader, problem solver, and innovator who challenges the status quo and drives innovation. In this role, you will analyze complex business problems to be solved with re-engineered processes and automated technology solutions. You will provide consultation to end users and lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Architect and design integration capabilities and systems solutions in support of business objectives
• Exposure to end-to-end Procure to Pay data and processes, e.g., Master Data (Multi level BOMs, Routings, Work centers, etc.), Forecasting, Source Determination, MRP, Inventory strategies (safety stock, consignment, replenishment, rebalancing, etc.), Sub-contracting, Purchase order (PO) management, Supplier Capacity, Factory Capacity, Constraints, etc.
• Utilize Talend for integration tasks, focusing on extracting and transforming data from SAP ECC to Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Able to put on multiple hats: Business Analyst, Data Analyst, System Analyst and communicate effectively to a diverse audience
• Ability to understand business functionality and translate it into business use cases.
• Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies, and ability to deliver on responsibilities during various project phases including:
  • Requirements (Validation and Alignment)
  • Design (Blueprint and Spec)
  • Develop (Technical Spec, Prototyping, Configuration, and Unit testing)
  • Test (Integration testing and User acceptance testing)
  • Training/Documentation
  • Deploy (Cutover, Go Live)
  • Run (Post mortem, Hypercare)
• Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years overall ETL/Systems Integration experience with 5+ years of experience in Talend
• Demonstrated expertise across multiple enterprise systems including SAP and no code platform like Talend
• Experience with prior integrations by extracting and transforming SAP ECC or S/4 data with Kinaxis RapidResponse.
• Experience working in a CTO/ETO (Configure/Engineer to Order) environment
• Have led more than one end-to-end implementation program, that included: Analysis, design, configuration, development build, test, and deployment, including training and data conversion.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical/critical thinking skills.
• Strong understanding of windows scripting and file transfers across internal/external networks
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently or with limited direction.

Additional Qualifications:

• Knowledge of advanced BI and dashboarding tools, e.g., Microsoft Power Platform.
• Comfortable working with large data sets in MS Excel and querying language like SQL is a plus.
