UBS Financial Services Inc. is seeking a Vice President, Financial Advisor in Coral Gables, FL.

We’re looking for a Vice President, Financial Advisor to:

• Work with sophisticated offshore investors to develop comprehensive investment strategies and programs focusing on specific financial, business and product factors. Work with multiple foreign currencies, transaction and corporate structures.
• Maintain contacts in and cultural understanding of countries in which clients are serviced.
• Study and evaluate global financial and economic factors and financial accounting reports to measure and track business and financial performance. Create and maintain trusting, long-term relationships with existing offshore clientele, by close contact and understanding the different cultural diversities in which clients are serviced.
• Evaluate internal and external business and related financial data on current and prospective international clients.
• Perform research for and analyze investment opportunities for offshore clientele with understanding of the special needs, products and legal structures used by offshore clientele and the firm’s business with them.
• Prepare and present verbal and written communications, reports and presentations to international clients, dealing with individual clients’ options and the firms’ advice.
• Responsible for identifying prospects within the relevant offshore markets and use in depth local knowledge for systematic acquisition of new clients.
• Study and evaluate global financial and economic factors and financial accounting reports to measure and track business and financial performance.

Your expertise

Education & Experience Requirement

• This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Legal Studies, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field of study and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or as a UHNW Relationship Manager, Business Relationship Manager, Senior Relationship Manager, or a related occupation.

Position requires experience with the following:

• portfolio management, risk management, strategic asset allocation, financial analysis, alternative investments such as cash, fixed income, equities, and foreign currencies and commodities
• fixed income instruments, formulating hedge fund and option strategies
• providing wealth management advisory services to ultra-high net worth clients offshore
• working with offshore investors to develop comprehensive investment strategies and programs
• preparing and presenting verbal and written communications, reports, and presentations to international clients
