Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Videographer and Content Creator to join our team. This role involves producing high-quality video content that showcases our products and brand, managing our social media presence, and engaging with our community. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in videography, video editing, and content creation, specifically focused on the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
**Video Editing and Content Creation:**
- Edit videos to enhance storytelling and engagement on social media platforms.
- Implement tactics in editing to increase audience retention using SFX and other techniques.
- Stay informed on various automotive topics to create content that is efficiently informative and concise.
- Stay up to date on the latest trends and find ways to implement them within the company.
- Work with Red and Sony Raw, Slog 3, and other profile footage.
- Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and other video editing software to create visually appealing videos.
- Apply LUTs and color grading.
- Incorporate motion graphics, special effects, and transitions to enhance video quality.
- Ensure all videos are properly formatted and optimized for various platforms and devices.
- Manage and organize video files for easy accessibility for future use.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in video editing.
**Social Media Management:**
- Create, oversee, and execute social media strategies, guidelines, best practices, promotional campaigns, and day-to-day activities.
- Optimize the brand's presence on social media platforms.
- Post created content to social media channels and engage with the existing community.
- Make efforts to grow the social media community.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive and effective social media campaigns.
Skills:
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and the ability to incorporate them into videos.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, strategies, and analytics tools.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Understanding of how each social media platform works.
- Engagement strategies and the ability to implement them effectively.
